Our approach
The process of custom software development begins with the initial consultation of SkyWize recording your goals. During this step, key stakeholders from both parties will come together to discuss what types of features and functions are wanted and needed for the new system. At this stage, it is important that all stakeholders are aligned in terms of expectations for the future system.
After this first phase, design and architecture come into play. Here, existing technologies are examined that are highly likely to meet certain requirements. Likewise, custom designs are created as necessary to create a new solution specific to our customers. Preferably, we already work here with your developers in joint teams.
After a design document is created, it is up to the development teams to begin creating various components of the system as well as any required custom services. Wherever possible, this involves working on an MVP (Minimum Viable Product). This means a result that meets minimal requirements and already provides benefits. This MVP is developed based on the overall architecture. This means that in later phases, this MVP can be further expanded in a targeted manner, step by step.
